Martes de mierda!

So.. First the bad news. My wisdom tooth got infected about a week ago and i went to the dentist to get it checked out (I really dont like visiting dentist) Got antibiotics for a week.
Today i went back to get a new appointment for pulling the wisdom tooth out. Got it for next week's tuesday.
Im not looking forward to it...

My antibiotics are done for now, so today was the first day without antibiotics and i felt great at the gym. The past week i felt really tired almost all the time, I was hardly able to train in the gym. I only managed around 40minutes and after that i was exhausted.. But today, i trained for maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes and i still had some power left! No more antibiotics for me please. :)

Today i made meatloaf, not my own recipe. Got this from Rob Riches youtube channel.

Ingredients : 
Minced meat 800g (Carne picada)
Mushrooms 200g (Champiñónes)
One onion (Cebolla)
One egg (Huevo)
Garlic + salt + pepper + chilipowder ( Ajo + sal + pimienta + chile)

Heat up the oven to 175c, put a pan over low heat and cook the mushrooms for a while.Grease the casserole, put baking paper over it and grease it again.
Next mix up all the ingredients in a bowl with your bare hands!
Like so.


After mixing it all together place the meatystuff in the casserole and it is ready for the oven.
So total time in the oven is 1 hour.
But after the first 15min take the meatloaf out, and add some sauce(what ever you want) over it. I used some steak sauce from lidl.
Yeah i know, that sauce is maybe not paleofood but.. just a little bit. I want my food to taste good. I used maybe 1dl of the sauce. Then put the meatloaf back in the oven and let it be there for 40-45min until it is ready.



When you take it out of the oven i recommend that you pour out the bad fats from the meatloaf and let it sit for 15min before serving it.




Ps. Way to go Finland. Fin-Rus 3-1!
On friday we will crush Sweden!
