Hace mucho que no lo veia

Terveppä terve. Hetki vierähtäny viime postista, mutta ei siitä sen enempää.. Mutta joo.. Tosiaan pääsi paino putoamaan 92kg -> 81kg eli tosi pahaa teki. Muutama viikko sitte päätin ottaa niskasta kiinni ja alkaa taas treenaamaan ja syömään kunnolla, loppui biletys myös (ainakin hetkeksi). Nyt on tullut jokunen kilo lisää, noin 5kg eli ollaan nyt siinä 86kg hujakoilla. Kovaa treeniä ja paljon riisiä, ei siinä muu auta, läskiä ei ole hirveästi tarttunut ton 5kg aikana, ainakaan päällepäin ei näy eli varmaan 5kg vettä tullut kehoon lisää :D
Tosiaan kuva tuossa oikealla on mun perus aamu ja iltapala. Duunaan siis illalla tollasen setin ja siitä riittää sitten aamuksi kanssa. Ei mitään kummaa, mutta todella herkkua, siksi jokapäiväinen ruoka, ei töki!
Eli keittelen riisiä joku parisataa grammaa, kylkeen paistan ~500g j-lihaa ja vähän kesäkurpitsaa. Heitän j-lihan sekaan jotai salsamössöä puol purkkia(100g) ja suolat + pippurit. Sitten vaa riisit ja mössöt sekaisin ja päälle salsa brava kastiketta. Namnam! Kyllä tolla on paino lähtenyt nousuun ainaki! (Ja varmaan verenpaine)

Ei muutako hyvällä sykkeellä ja ilon kautta, luultavasti alkaa tulemaan postia nyt suomen kielellä jatkossa, koska olen saanut huikean määrän fanipostia ja ihmiset haluavat suomeksi päivityksiä! Sitä saa mitä tilaa, ensi kertaan! Adios y Moikka moi!

Flexibility in the Stone Age

Yeah, I am still on somekind of a paleo diet, but because I lost some weight I decided to add rice to my diet. So my meals still look the same but also have rice on the side to add extra calories and carbs for energy. And now my wisdow tooth is long gone and im feeling good again, Im back to training hard!

The meal on the right is very usual for me now. There you have chicken breast, sweet potato/yam mash, rice and fried vegetables. So nothing special, you know how to cook that, right?

One month of paleo behind now and I had my first cheat day and I have to say normally I like to eat sweets and junk food almost every week so it has been hard for me. I dont remember if I mentioned what was the whole point of the paleo diet for me. I have some problems with my skin, its not that bad but still.. Im already 24 and I would like, once and for all, to have better skin.
After 4 weeks of paleo it started to look good, but then.. My cheat day happened. I didnt even eat so much crap but my skin cant handle the sugars i think? I ate maybe 200g of chocolate and had pizza later on but I think that is normal for some people to eat sometimes.
Well not for me. Now my skin is in the same situation as when I started the paleo, or maybe worse.. Hope it gets better again! No candy for me for a while!

The pizza was so good! We ordered 2 pizzas and shared those. The first pizza had pepperoni, pineapple and red pepper. Second one had nachos, bacon, veal and mexican sauce.

Now training hard, eating lean and no partying!

un dia normal

Here's a recipe for my usual post workout meal / snack, Tunaomelet.
 Ingredients are :
3-5 eggs (Huevos)
Tuna 50-100g (Atun)
A bit of onion (Cebolla)

Heat up the pan and mix the eggs, tuna and onions together and let it cook. Serve with salad & cucumber. Had also a banana and kiwi to get some carbs.
Really fast and easy to make and it tastes great. You can add some salsa and seasoning of your own choice. I used salt, pepper and chili.


The main meal of the day was hamburgers with sweet potato chips. The ingredients for two person meal  :

500g minced meat (Carne picada)
1 egg (Huevo)
1 big yam/sweet potato (Batata)
Salt, pepper, chilipowder

Heat up the oven to 225c.
Slice the yam to thin slices, oil & season them up and put them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Mix the minced meat, egg and seasoning in a bowl. Make 4 hamburgers and cook them on  medium heat.

Martes de mierda!

So.. First the bad news. My wisdom tooth got infected about a week ago and i went to the dentist to get it checked out (I really dont like visiting dentist) Got antibiotics for a week.
Today i went back to get a new appointment for pulling the wisdom tooth out. Got it for next week's tuesday.
Im not looking forward to it...

My antibiotics are done for now, so today was the first day without antibiotics and i felt great at the gym. The past week i felt really tired almost all the time, I was hardly able to train in the gym. I only managed around 40minutes and after that i was exhausted.. But today, i trained for maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes and i still had some power left! No more antibiotics for me please. :)

Today i made meatloaf, not my own recipe. Got this from Rob Riches youtube channel.

Ingredients : 
Minced meat 800g (Carne picada)
Mushrooms 200g (Champiñónes)
One onion (Cebolla)
One egg (Huevo)
Garlic + salt + pepper + chilipowder ( Ajo + sal + pimienta + chile)

Heat up the oven to 175c, put a pan over low heat and cook the mushrooms for a while.Grease the casserole, put baking paper over it and grease it again.
Next mix up all the ingredients in a bowl with your bare hands!
Like so.


After mixing it all together place the meatystuff in the casserole and it is ready for the oven.
So total time in the oven is 1 hour.
But after the first 15min take the meatloaf out, and add some sauce(what ever you want) over it. I used some steak sauce from lidl.
Yeah i know, that sauce is maybe not paleofood but.. just a little bit. I want my food to taste good. I used maybe 1dl of the sauce. Then put the meatloaf back in the oven and let it be there for 40-45min until it is ready.



When you take it out of the oven i recommend that you pour out the bad fats from the meatloaf and let it sit for 15min before serving it.




Ps. Way to go Finland. Fin-Rus 3-1!
On friday we will crush Sweden!

un sabado normal, casi!

Hola a toda el mundo!

So, my usual breakfast on paleo is something like this :
Chicken breasts (Pechugas de pollo)
A few eggs (Huevos)
Salad + avocado (Ensalada + aguacate)

Normally i head to the gym in the morning, a few hours after i wake up. So that was breakfast, and just before going to the gym i eat some fruit(banana, apple, mandarin) to get some carbs for energy.


 So, for lunch i just made something light. Cod with some vegetables.

Cod (Bacalao)           
Zucchini (Calabacin) 
Fennel (Hinojo)          
Peas (Chicharos)         

First season the cod with salt & pepper. Heat up the pan and add the vegetables. When the vegetables start to look good, cook the cod on another pan.
When the cod is done, just mix it all together and it is ready to be served.

(On paleo i use lots of oil/butter in cooking to get some calories)

 Here you can see how the master chef serves lunch on to a very beautiful plate.
About the food, its very healthy, Almost zero carbs, Lots of protein from the fish and some fats from olive oil.


Here you have a little carb/vitamin bomb, so mix up all the fruits/berries you want to and just blend them into a nice smoothie. I used :
Kiwi (Kiwi)
Banana (Platano)
Mandarin (Mandarina)
Apple (Manzana)
Pear (Pera)
Strawberries (Fresas)
Raspberries (Frambuesas)


So, here is the main meal of saturday : Steak with salad and carrot mash.
Nothing special, just season the meat with salt and pepper and cook it till its DONE! Well i left it a little red but do it how you like it!
About the carrot mash, add maybe 9 carrots and some garlic, a little bit of chili powder to give a some kick (i put too much and my LOVERR wasnt too happy about it)


So thats saturday, after our steak dinner we just listened to some music and danced a little bit.

Valentines day dinner & dessert para mi guapa novia!

Hola! Alaston kokki kiittää ja kuittaa Epsanjasta!

Tänään huitasin aikas mukavan dinnerin päivänsankarille eli parhaalle ystävälleni ja elämänkumppanilleni.
Ateria koostui : Tonnikalapiffeistä, kukkakaalibrokkolimuusista, herneistä ja fenkolista.

Aluksi vesi kiehumaan ja kukkakaalit sinne muhimaan. Tonnikala pöydälle lussuuntumaan ja mausteet pintaan (pippuri ja suola)
Tämän jälkeen pannu tulille, jonne viskataan herneet ja fenkoli.
Kaali kun on kiehunut vartin niin ei muutakon vedet veke, öljyä sekaan ja vähän suolaa/pippuria ja muusiksi koko homma.
Tässä vaiheessa toinen pannu tulille tulikuumalle. Tonnikalat tulikuumalle pannulle öljyn kanssa juhlimaan (noin 1min per puoli) ja sitten vaan vadille. Tunan päälle pestoöljyseos ja pinjansiemeniä.
Nauttikaa.










Jälkkäriksi duunasin protskujuustokakun (1000kcal 150g prode,50hiilari,15g rasva)~~
400g tuorejuustoo (niin vähä rasvasta kuin mahd)
250g rasvaton maitorahka
6munan valkuaista
60g suklaaheraprotskujauhoa
steviaa ja sitruunaa.


Kaikki vaa sekasin ja vatiin ja uuniin. 150c 45min. Koristele mansikoilla ja liivatteella ;)
